An organic farm and agriturismo in the heart of Tuscia, steps from the Vulci Archaeological Park with the celebrated Tomba François, and from the Terme di Vulci thermal springs — a project we helped bring to life. A short drive away, the beaches of Pescia Romana and Capalbio, and Lake Bolsena.

A 19th-century farmhouse, once the property of the Torlonia princes and home to their Maremma cowboys, lovingly restored to welcome friends and guests in search of quiet, of time, of a deeper breath.

We cultivate lavender, medicinal herbs and aromatic plants on land that has kept this tradition alive for centuries. From these fields comes our artisan distillation of pure essential oils.

The agriturismo offers two independent lofts — Fiora and Olea — each over fifty square metres, carefully restored to blend the history of the farmhouse with contemporary comfort. Terracotta floors, vaulted ceilings, furnishings that fuse Mediterranean character with details that speak of elsewhere.

Outside, a hot tub nestled in the silence of the countryside. Further into the garden, the space opens into a natural amphitheatre carved from an ancient quarry: a path winds between great boulders, almond trees and succulents, beside a koi pond, among the scents of thyme, mint and wild fennel, with rows of lavender that from June paint the scene violet.

At Terre di Vulci time finds a different rhythm. Whether immersed in our countryside or exploring the wonders of Tuscia and the Maremma, guests discover a truly regenerative rest — the real essence of wellbeing.
