Il Palazzo è stato riportato in vita tra il 2010 e il 2011 da Francesca Rodriguez dopo una ristrutturazione totale. Oggi è un boutique B&B immerso in un atmosfera legata al passato ma con tutti i comfort ed il design adatti a rendere il tuo soggiorno indimenticabile. Durante il restauro le pietre ed i materiali originali del 1600 sono state salvati, restaurati e accostati alle più moderne tecniche architettoniche ed al design di una casa elegante e moderna. Le porte delle stanze, con le maniglie antiche, risalgono al 17esimo secolo e sono state completamente ristrutturate rendendole un gioiello del passato. Originariamente la casa del notaio del paese, nonchè il primo della Tuscia, Residenza Farnese è situata in una zona e in un paese unici. Immerso nel cuore della Maremma, al confine tra Lazio e Toscana, Residenza Farnese è un boutique B&B che guarda al passato con uno sguardo critico e non nostalgico, per essere in grado d’imparare dalle nostre esperienze e guardare al futuro.
