La Vigna si estende per circa 8 ettari nei Comuni di Cellere e Canino, a ridosso dell’ antica città etrusca “ Vulci “ . Terre non casualmente scelte dagli antichi per il clima e la straordinaria vocazione per la vite e l’olivo .
La cantina nonostante le piccole dimensioni, si avvale delle migliori tecniche di lavorazione e di affinamento .
L’uva biologica viene raccolta rigorosamente a mano in piccole casse e lavorata il giorno stesso per evitare ossidazioni . Tutte le fasi di lavorazione in cantina sono seguite dal nostro enologo ed in campo dall’agronomo di fiducia .
