Al chilometro 12 della strada provinciale che da Farnese conduce a Pitigliano c’è un sentiero segnalato sulla sinistra che porta alla cascata del Salabrone.
Questa è la più spettacolare della serie, sia per altezza che per fronte dell’acqua che cade.
Nei pressi della cascata ci sono i ruderi di una polveriera del ‘700 e poco più a valle quelli di una centrale idroelettrica.
